Covid fear, is beginning to end
Leaving us with happy, note
There is always a ray of, hope
Entire world followed, social distancing
World completely besieged, by covid-19
Innocents, also had to cover face
No one can either, hug, or embrace
People, had to avoid, handshake
Pandemic put the world, at stake
Entire world, turned into jail
Prisoners set free from jail
All religious places stopped, congregation
People experimented more, virtualization
Patience was the test for, whole mankind
New normal yet to be learnt, and defined
Loved one sobbed wailed and cried
Ailing patients kept isolated and died
A common pain for rich and poor
For “Helpless humans” a taste of sour
Frontline workers gave up the fear
Big applaud bravos, thank you dear
Nature gave opportunity, and sign
Pandemic has a “moral” insight
Shedding the “I”, and be realistic
Humanity first, and be authentic
